Creator of my being and keeper of the rhythm of my heart, when I think of the days of old when I rebelled as I walked in disobedience to Your ways, my soul shrivels with shame. Yet, in the light of Your glorious grace, I am covered. In the softness of Your mercy, I am caught up in Your arms. My captor required much of me, blinding me with the subtleties of deception. Yet, Your truth has set me free through the clarity of Your Word. As I sit within the flow of cleansing tears, let me remember with gratitude all that You have done for me, Jesus. As I listen with ears attuned to the rhythm of divine love, let me walk in the way of obedience that glorifies You. May the innermost parts of my soul blossom with devotion to the One who makes me beautiful. Under the Word of truth in Ecclesiastes 3:11 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I pray.
He has made everything beautiful in its time.
Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart,
yet so that he cannot find out what God has done
from the beginning to the end.
