I look to You, God of all – who created my inmost being, for the meaning of this life. I search out the depths of wonder that the mystery of You poses to my heart. Show me something new, Lord God. Reveal to me the reason that often escapes me in the myriad of situations which I encounter that are beyond my understanding. Help me navigate the daily drudgery that tempts me to doubt my purpose. For You are the One who knows where I am, Lord. Yours is the voice that provides the answers to every question that haunts me. Lead my feet to follow You, Jesus, for my soul seeks to know You more. Empower me to overcome my fears so that all You have designed me for is not hindered. Manifest the power of faith that vanquishes insecurity so that I best reflect the person You designed me to be. For all that You have given me in Yourself by the indwelling of Your Holy Spirit, let me live without the want that once consumed me. Under the Word of truth in Ezekiel 36:27 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I pray.
And I will put my Spirit within you,
and cause you to walk in my statutes
and be careful to obey my rules.
Ezekiel 36:27, ESV
