Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me, Your lowly servant. Dis-incline me to turn away from the manna which You offer me. Dip the essence of my being into the wine of Christ’s blood so that I am truly free. Do not let any hint of unbelief prevent me from swallowing the sweetness of Your presence. It is Your holiness that warms me. It is Your influence that guards my soul. Without You, Holy Spirit, I am incapable of reaching the heavenly fruit of blessings which hang just out of my mortal reach. Open the windows of heaven, Spirit of God Almighty, so that I can glimpse the reflective glory which is my life’s purpose. Equip me in whatever manner necessary so that the fruit of my days brings much recognition to my King. You have called me into the marvelous light. Let me remain there by Your power which sanctifies me. Under the mighty Word of truth in Matthew 3:11 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

I baptize you with water for repentance.
But after me comes one who is more powerful than I,
