Though my conflicts be many, my soul trusts in You, God. You are my sufficiency. You are my strength. In Your joy, I find everything I need to withstand the tempestuous storms of life. Let Your Spirit root me to the vine with such force that my faith remains steadfast and unmovable. Remind me to find sweet rest in the feathery wings of Your presence when discouragement attempts to trap me behind enemy lines. Lord God, when my heart is starved for love, let it find bread within the nourishing truth of Your Word. Magnify Your grace in the midst of my trials, Lord. Let Your glory shine through the darkest seasons of my life. When I am sinking in the mire of affliction, let Your mighty hands pull me back into the fold where my Good Shepherd watches over me. Though wolves encircle the enclosure of my faith, I will not fear because You are my God. Under the wonder of Your Word in John 10:7-10 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you,
I am the door of the sheep. All who came before Me are thieves and robbers,
but the sheep did not listen to them.
I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved
and will go in and out and find pasture.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.
I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
