Holy and mighty are You, Lord of all creation. In You my heart is abundantly blessed. Only in Your presence can the emptiness of mere existence be transformed into true living. Your powerful Word was spoken and written for the instruction of Your people. Inspire me to learn, Lord God. Let Your Holy Spirit open up avenues of wisdom within my soul. I want to know as much as I can about You so that I can properly worship and adore You. Your heavenly promises and rich truth are so much more than a teacher and student interaction. Yours are words of love exchanged in the power of covenant and commitment. Let me marvel at the depths of Your faithfulness, God. Your salvation has silenced my enemies. Your strength has guarded me in my weakness. When I dwell on how brightly the stars shine against the canopy of a dark night, stars You know by name because You put them there, I am reminded that I do not need to fear the darkness. You are my light and my guide. I only need to look up to find the way. Jesus, You are my way, my truth, my life. I bow in humble adoration. Under the mighty Word of truth and grace set down in 1 Thessalonians 4:9 and the authority of Christ, I grateful pray.
