I adore the Lord who upholds the chosen ones. My soul delights in the One who brings salvation. Truly, healing is in Your wings, God. Only You can bring justice to the nations, Lord God Almighty. When I cry aloud, You hear me in Your heart. Even my silent pleas are not mute to Your ears. When the candle of faith flickers beneath the mighty winds of cultural deceit, it is Your truth that shields the flame. When the reed of my soul bends beneath the weight of calamity, You will not let it break. Your love keeps me standing straight in the hurricane of deception. Thank You, Lord, for Your truth and mercy. I need not worry when I am wronged because You will bring to account all injustice. You have called me to live a life of forgiveness because You have forgiven me. I can trust in Your justice and rest in Your calling. I await Your instruction within the unfolding moments of the day. Lift me up on the waves of hope, Jesus. Interweave that hope with faith so that the fabric of my heart is a tapestry of heaven’s beauty. Your presence is a bounty of transformative nutrients. Let me never forsake meeting You in prayer. I adore You, Lord Jesus, because You are worthy. Under the precious power of the Word set down in Psalm 36:5-7 and the authority of my blessed Savior I bow in adoring prayer.
