Let my responsive affections to Your perfecting love, my Lord and my Savior, be unyielding no matter how prodded I am by worldly enticements. Enable my soul to graciously live worthy of the seal upon my heart- a seal of faith and uncompromising devotion. What a blessed thought that I have been marked by my Savior. Where barren misdirection often led my heart to seek fulfillment in vain things, a flood of holy gratitude has now covered the cracks. Living water seeps into the crevices of the soul until a sense of fullness in the Sprit enables me to recognize compromise. Assuredly I lean upon the staff of trustworthiness constructed by the Word of God. The quiet emotion tucked within the chamber of my heart reaches a fervency of passion in Christ Jesus. A passion that exhibits itself through word and deed. Holy love like this enflames the core and defines the essence of my being. May those who call upon the Name of Christ be zealous for His glory. May those who have received such grace be constrained to live within the blessed boundaries of holiness. My responsive affections continually warm in Your presence, Lord Jesus. Heat what grows cold within by the fiery passion of Your Spirit. Under the blessed truth in Ephesians 1:13-14 and the authority of Christ, I bow in prayer.

In Him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of His glory.
