Fill me with the sacred fullness of Your Spirit, Lord. Let me not overestimate the holiness present in my daily living. I am perpetually in need of more of You. Though Your nearness is often undetectable because I am so easily distracted, the inseparable manifestations are only explained through the promise that You will never leave Your own without evidence of Your presence. Comfort in seasons of sorrow. Light amidst the darkness. Purity while walking through the valley of temptation. Peace in the middle of swirling tempests of emotion. Such evidence is impossible to refute. You are near. Pour the sacred oil of anointing over whatever aspect of ministry You wish me to partake in. Whether it be family or friends, strangers or foes, show me how to leave a gospel example upon their hearts. Only Your purifying presence can usher in the grace needed for such endeavors. It is You working through me to do what pleases my Lord and King. It is Your water that cleanses and sanctifies. Guide Your servant in the way of righteousness, Lord. Enlighten my soul with revelatory truth until Your Word is my breath. Purge me from my worldly nature and give me a heart fit for heaven. Remove any barrenness as You fertilize my life with a sacred zeal for Your glory. Whether or not I feel Your presence, knowing it is there regardless is an anchor for my soul. Father, help me overcome my unbelief in whatever measure it exists within me. Under the blessed truth set down in John 3:14-15 and the authority of Christ, I bow in adoring prayer.

And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes will have eternal life in Him.
