Glory to God in the highest. May the praise of Your loved ones bring delight to Your heart. Refrains of perfection waft down from heaven as prayers of incense reach Your throne, God. Speak in loving whispers of confirmation to Your treasured servants. May every syllable of adoration lift weary hearts to life in Christ. May every word of worthiness minister to my soul in such a way that I am brought in step with Your Holy Spirit. This journey I am on is Yours to guide. Bring power into the life of Your sweet child by inflaming the embers of hope which lay dormant in my soul. Reveal with illuminating truth the needs around me which You wish me to minister to. For I will seek to grab hold of You as I meet You in the intimate rendezvous of prayer each moment of the day. May my heart never cease to look to You no matter what the enemy attempts to distract and thwart me with. Under the beauty of 1 Chronicles 16:8-10 and the authority of Christ Jesus, these prayers are set before You, God of my heart, King of my soul.
