Your presence, Lord, charms away the evil spirit of melancholy. Joy is the lyrical love carried on the tune of salvation. Let my response be one of praise and worship. What a distinguished honor the consolation of my soul is. Your generosity knows no bounds. Your pardon is invaluable. Your grace is incalculable. My heart delights in the knowledge that my sins are set away, banished by Your love. Jesus, help me abide in the sweet sense of Your acceptance. Though death’s arrows often pierce my heart, the comfort You give me never fails. Fill my heart with songs of deliverance. Yours is an everlasting consolation, Lord. Your Word is true as an anchor in the storm. Keep me tethered to the unwavering devotion worthy of You, Lord. There is no cause for disquietude when I know the song You have given me to sing.
