Conscious of my shame Lord, I come before You with confessing faith. Stoke the fires of trust until my unbelief is turned to ash. Blow the wind of Your Spirit across the landscape of my doubt. I loathe losing sight of You as I do a thousand times a day when distracted by the dilemmas of life in a fallen world. Nothing except Your strength can carry me through the valleys. Nothing but Your gracious presence anchors me in the storm. Your finished redemption is the truest of blessings. Administer the gifts You wish to impart through me, Lord. Make my warring heart more aware of Your presence. Sculpt Your servant through trials and errors. Let nothing be in vain when I submit it to You. No matter what happens, You can use it all for good because You are the author of goodness. My heart scans the horizon of hope that one day I will be satisfied as I look upon Your face. The longing for Your Kingdom will be fulfilled as Your servant worships You with holy abandon not hindered by the filters of a fallen world. Under the canopy of Psalm 27:4 and the authority of Christ, I bow in prayer.
One thing have I asked of the Lord,
that will I seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
and to inquire in His temple.
Psalm 27:4, ESV

Blow the wind of Your Spirit across the landscape of my doubt. I loathe losing sight of You–Amen!
