Great God Almighty, holy is Your presence in the lives of those You love. Through You I can rejoice though I am mourning. Through You I can praise though I am persecuted. Bring radiant power of exultant joy into the life and soul of Your beloved. Keep my moments sanctified so that this journey of life testifies to Your grace. Though I stumble, You are there to guide me. Spur me on to bigger adventures even though the prospect of them sometimes creates a fright in me that is discomforting. I invite You, in Your goodness, to expand the boundaries of comfort which have thus far contained me. Remind me on these adventures that all things are possible for the one who trusts in Christ Jesus. May I be empowered to accomplish Your will through the love and immeasurable grace of the Holy Spirit. Make me more alive in You than ever before because I am Your devoted witness today and always. Under the powerful treasure of Matthew 5:3-4 and the authority of Jesus, these prayers are set into Your loving hands, my God, with a hearty Amen.
