Father God, keep me tenderly in Your capable hands today so that I can continue to be a vessel for divine love that this world so desperately needs.  Shine light into the darkness through the holy manifestation of Your gospel. Keep me from experiencing unnecessary anxiety caused by fear of failure. Your Word assures me that I am Your beloved, valued based on who I am, not on what I may do.  I invite You from the depths of my weary heart to guide me, Jesus, in every devoted step I take through the days ordained for me. Keep me inside the boundary of Your commandments where love is the security against evil. There is nothing I need fear, for my future is safe in Your hands. All doors that You close only serve to keep me on the path to my true destiny in Christ. I ask today that You cover me in Your peace. I ask You today to mold me in the assurance of knowing that my times are in Your hands. Under the majestic truth of Psalm 31:3-5 and the authority of Christ, I lift these prayers with trusting hands.

Since You are my rock and my fortress,
    for the sake of Your Name lead and guide me.
Keep me free from the trap that is set for me,
