Lord, do not allow my lips to profane Your grace. Lead me in the way of holy affection. Plant seeds of reverence inside my heart which will blossom into obedience. Cultivate a desire for Your presence that supersedes all other wants. In wholly serving You, I find my heart perpetually delighted. Though I am unqualified, would You accept me for the impossible, Lord? Give me faith to believe and strength to walk forward despite the obstacles. Teach me step by humble step. Instruct me in the way I should go. When I am tested by circumstances unfathomable, only Your rod can lead me safely through the crucible. I trust You with my secrets, Lord. Break down any resistance within me to Your commands. By the sight given me in Your Spirit, I know my way will be made plain. Scatter the seeds of experience that will take me into a garden of knowing You better than I do now. Let each day bring me closer to love. I plead my cause before Your throne, Lord. I bow at Your feet alone. Whatever crown granted me in life, I gladly cast at Your feet. Only help me avoid that which displeases You. I have much to learn, Lord. Teach me, for Your servant is listening. Under the canopy of Your Word in Psalm 32:6 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

Therefore let everyone who is godly offer prayer to You at a time when You may be found; surely in the rush of great waters, they shall not reach him.
