K.D. Shade pulls you into her story, DreamTeller, with a well-crafted writing style tickling the heart and mind with fantastic invitations. From the very first page, a thick sense of adventure tantalizes curiosity while poignantly painted scenes touch emotions. Told mainly from Lady Shannyn’s point of view, with a few other character perspectives sprinkled throughout, DreamTeller unfolds with mystery that keeps you wanting to read just a few more minutes.

Yet I found the story so engrossing that is I didn’t want it to end. A truly talented author Shade handles that juxtaposition with a gripping narrative propelling her readers through character development worthy of a movie screen.

Shade gently peels back the layers of her characters by angling the narrative at crucial moments in the plot. With surprising illumination that twists the reader’s assumptions, you quickly realize not everyone is what they appear to be. Villains hide in plain sight and heroes emerge from the shadows of the story. This one will keep you guessing.

DreamTeller was a truly enjoyable adventure for the imagination while being rich with themes that keep you thinking about the world we live in long after you close the book. Be sure to read DreamTeller by K.D. Shade. You won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend this book.
