Lord, mine is a story that can only be written by Your hand. I honor You as the Author that knows the ending as well as the beginning. Blessed be Your Name. You have granted me access to faith. Such dignity and eloquence is unfathomable for the unworthy ones like myself. Your powerful eyes looked upon my degenerate soul and offered me cleansing. Let me no longer be ashamed of what I was but be thankful for what I am in You. Keep me daily in Your presence so that I do not forget who You are and what You have done for me. The common universal disease is apathy. Only Your love can reclaim the lost child belonging to You. Impress my soul with a desire for holy living. Enable me to live in truth that is lasting and effectually bears much fruit. All good purpose and perfect destiny proceeds from You. Spread wisdom throughout my intellect. Help me not to react on misassumption that leads to apostasy. You have not forsaken me. Let me not forsake You, Lord. Under the assurance of the Word in Isaiah 43:10 and the authority of Christ, I bow in prayer.
“You are My witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and My servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me and understand that I am He. Before Me no god was formed, nor will there be one after Me.
Isaiah 43:10, NIV
