Give me a heart that seeks a refuge of holiness in my Savior. I praise You with a grateful heart for the faith that does not grow cold in the face of adversity. There is no other way to serve You except in love. Increase the power of love in my words and deeds, Lord. If it is a mountain I must climb, let me scale the heights with You as my guide. If it is a valley I must pass through, let it be in communion with You. No shadow of deception can survive against Your light of truth. No height of adversity can outmatch the reach of Your mighty arm. I may not be able to scale lofty heights of extraordinary achievement but I can call on my God who is able. I may not have the longevity to cross the rough terrain of perpetual battles, but I know I do not fight alone. Lord, I am blessed by our divine fellowship. Let me forever be patient with my shortcomings, knowing that eternity awaits those on pilgrimage to Your Kingdom. Under the divine holiness of Philippians 2:1-3 and the authority of Christ, I bow in prayer before the throne.

If then there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by thinking the same way, having the same love, sharing the same feelings, focusing on one goal. Do nothing out of rivalry or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves.
