With majestic power, You have revealed Your loving kindness, Lord God. May the brightness and glory of the cross reach the darkest places of a wandering soul. Your beloved voice calls across the chasm of contrary attitudes to turn the wayward around in repentance. Where there were shadows, illumination now reigns. Weakness is transformed into strength through the inheritance of Christ. The filth of sin has been cleansed by the living water of salvation’s promise. Your hands have truly accomplished remarkable things, Lord. Let Your creation be ever grateful. You are worth far more than the temporary trivialities of this world’s pleasure. With patience, You woo the rebellious. With pity, You spare the vile. Praising You for Your grace, let Your glory be known. I adore and abide in Your presence, Lord God. Your love is unquenchable. Your beauty is unmatched. Your triumph is my salvation, Lord. The reconciliation You offer is my solace. Blessed be the mighty Name of the Lord. Awaken every ability I have to glorify Your Name. Truly, the wondrous work of the Lord is worthy of meditation. Under the illuminating canopy of truth set down in Ephesians 2:8-9 and the authority of Christ, I bow in prayer.
