Yates easily becomes a frustrating favorite. His sister and her wisdom will have you nodding in agreement. The childhood sweetheart, Lavinia, will make your heartache. All the characters are so wonderfully written that you can’t help but feel as if you are a part of the family, a member of the Imposters.

With the undercurrent of faith holding the story together as the characters uncover deplorable secrets, readers are sure to come away with spiritual takeaways. An Honorable Deception keeps you guessing and tugs your heart between possible resolutions on the broken road to love and a gut-wrenching desire for justice to prevail.
