Your Word, God, is the cornerstone of my life and the surest foundation for my soul. Your works are holy. Your righteousness is unmatched in all the earth. Let Your servant not question Your judgment. Trusting in Your sovereign will grants peace of mind that settles the most troubled heart. From the lofty heights of Your mountainous love, eternal horizons stretch in display of Your glory. Lead my straying heart to the depths of Your truth. When clouds of deception and the darkness of vanity moves into my mind, let the wind of Your Spirit blow it all away. You are goodness, Lord God. Your mercy endures forever and always. Proclaim Your Name as the strong tower that it is in my life. I come to You for refuge. I look to the cross for pardon. I praise You with my heart’s fullness. I am grateful to be called one of Your own. Forgiven of transgression, I will let my lips worship You forever. Under the tender mercy of Your Holy truth set down in 1 Samuel 2:7-9 and the authority of Christ Jesus, my Savior, I pray.

The Lord sends poverty and wealth;
    He humbles and He exalts.
