Your presence strengthens my faith, Lord. The petals of hope unfurl beneath the sunlight of Your Word. You are my inspiration and guide. My shield against the assaults of the flesh is Your Word. Etch it completely on my heart. As You wrote with Your finger in the dirt and in the tablets, write on my soul too, Lord. When sin entices me, illuminate the way out. Make my zeal holy and ardent. When waves of opposition rise up in me or when justification leads me astray, teach me Your ways. I can only blame myself for my folly. Keep me in Your pasture, Lord, now and always. I follow where You lead. I work where You show me. I rest when You command it. You have redeemed me. Only You can keep me from failing. Never let me imagine myself immune to the enemy influence. Rather let me be reminded that I have been chosen by You. I know You hear my heart sighs. My whispered prayers are for Your ears only. If I harbor iniquity in my heart, rid me of it. There is beauty in Your grace and strength in Your mercy. I am grateful mercy triumphs over judgment. Under the canopy of Your Word in James 2:13 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

For judgment is without mercy to him who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
