By Your Spirit’s empowerment, teach me in all humility and gentleness. Draw me along the path of divine calling with patience that contradicts any and all fleshly tendencies. You have lifted me in love. With love, You can keep me on the straight and narrow path. With the bond of peace, unify me with Your Spirit. Hope is the tether I cling to. Amplify my faith, Lord. I delight to find shelter beneath the canopy of Your grace. Equip me for the work that brings You glory, Lord. Through Your Word, I can attain the knowledge of the Son of God. Mature me spiritually until I am closer to the fullness of Christ, no longer tossed by waves of worldly doctrine and deceit. This world passes away but Yours is the sure foundation. Grow me up as only You can, Lord. Hold my shattered soul together through the merciful slathering of salvation’s glue. Infuse me with love so all-encompassing that every crevice within me no longer becomes a void through which the enemy can leak his influence. Though I have fallen, You build me up. Where my steps were once taken in futility, You granted me purpose. Light vanquished the darkness of my understanding. I am blessed because You have not alienated me as I did You. Blessed be Your Name, Lord. How majestic is Your grace. Under the Word of the Lord in Ephesians 5:8-9 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth.
