Holy Father, I find my breath, my reason for being, and my purpose for life in You and only You. Grant me the knowledge necessary to walk in ways that delight Your heart. Give me the understanding that I lack so that I do not follow the path of deceit. Lord God, show me the purpose You have destined before I was even a character in Your story. I fix my eyes upon You, seeking the clarity that I often miss. Guide me, Jesus, in all decisions big and small as You rid me of any torment caused by the one who seeks to devour my soul and blind me with deceptions. For the desire of my heart is that Your perfect will prevails. Touch my soul with a hunger for godliness, Lord. Touch my body with powerful healing. Touch my mind with purity and truth from Your Holy Word. Create in me a child who delights You in all that I do. Let the light of love radiate from my soul in such a way that You are magnified to all other characters You have me interact with in this saga of life. You are the author of my being, O God. I humbly submit to the course the next chapter will lead me through. Under the magnificent Word of truth in Psalm 9:10 and the authority of Christ Jesus, these prayers are submitted to the One who is worthy.
