Father in heaven, may Your Name be exalted in all the earth. Thank You for the beautiful tapestry of promises which You have given so that my heart can safely rest in times of turbulence. Your Word is the solid foundation on which I place my trust. Be with me, Lord God, for I am Your precious servant in need of Your power in order to fulfill the call You have given me. I willingly expose the empty spaces of my soul to You for Your indwelling Spirit to overflow in abundant grace. May I be guided by the sweet whispers of delight that resonate between us in prayer. May I dance at the songs You have chosen to sing over me in the quiet of the night seasons. Father, replenish my weary body each night in sleep even as You instruct my heart upon the bed. Bring new revelations to me even as I serve You to the utmost of my capacity. Keep me from being wrecked by unmet expectations in life. Do not let my disappointments turn to injury as I open my vulnerable heart to the fires of refinement for my soul’s sake. Slay my unhealthy desire to be known and acknowledged for what I have been called to do in Your Name. For all glory belongs to You.  All worth for my being is a gift from Your cross which can never be taken away from me as I continue in the faith. I gladly hand over the keys to my heart, Jesus, for You are its keeper. Under the prayerful authority of Christ and the word of John 16:33, these prayers are lifted, O God.
