This one is a great story that leaves you with a feeling of warmth and romance, like a beautifully wrapped Christmas gift with a glimmering bow. Frank and Stella’s connection, a slow burn of witty remarks and adorable gestures, blossoms beautifully, tied to a wonderful snapshot of the Christmas story in the Bible. In true Witemeyer style, she crafts relatable characters that twinkle on the pages as their intellect and hearts learn to mingle, creating a symphony of emotions. Despite the many obstacles, faith shines like a distant star in the encompassing darkness, and one feels reassured that nothing is impossible for God. This final novella’s ending glows with tear-jerking shimmers of a Christmas miracle, whispering a poignant farewell that points back to the Savior.
