Precious Prince of Peace, rescue the heart of Your loved one. For I am in danger of falling into the trap set by the enemy. Shield me from his flaming arrows of criticism from others. Grant me the peace of a heavenly perspective which will allow me to meet every evil with good from Christ’s Spirit inside of me. Show me the horizon of eternity’s beauty as it radiates from my soul through faith in You, Lord. With steadfast love, you enable me to trust in Your promises. Shape me into a vessel of love, grace, and hope that ministers to the world’s aches and combats the forces of darkness. Strengthen me to love the unlovable so the enemy does not gain a foothold with which to bring my focus back to myself. Under the grace of Genesis 1:4 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I set these prayers at Your feet O Lord.
