God of all glory, who never rests as You work all things for the good of those who love You, increase the faithful love of Your warrior child. Supply me with the strength to fight the one who seeks to devour my hope and rob me of the joy that is rightfully mine in Christ Jesus. Give me glimpses of Your victorious battle plan even as an ominous mountain looms in front of me. Let me not be surprised by enemy attacks, but enabled to trust You to lead and guide me in and through the battles. Bind any unbelief from taking root in my heart so that the miracles You have planned will not be thwarted. Open my eyes to recognize the extraordinary working of Your hand in the ordinary aspects of my life. I surrender all of my time – moments, hours, days, months and years – to Your keeping so that I may never fall away from You. Under the victorious reminder of Hebrews 3:12 and the authority of Christ, I pray to the One who holds the future in His capable and loving hands.
