My Father in heaven, I look to You for restoration when I have fallen into an old pit of habitual rebellion. Though I have lost the battle, Lord, help win the fight. Grant me the energy of faith required to stand tall again in Your Name, beneath Your banner of gracious love. Remind me that You heal what is broken. Remind me that You mend the shattered pieces. When I am held to the flame of adversity, show me that You are in the fire with me. I know that You are my able Savior. I know that Your Word can lift me. I know that Your healing hand can take away my wounds. Yet, even if You don’t, I will trust You in the refining process. Even if You wait, I will worship You in the trial. Let my little faith survive the test, Lord. Let the glimmer of hope flickering within my soul catch fire in prayer. I believe You, Lord, when You sing over me that it is well with my soul. Under the Word of truth in Romans 10:9 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,”
and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead,
you will be saved.
Romans 10:9, NIV
