Truly, Lord, my heart longs to love You more. My soul delights to be refreshed by Your all-consuming rapturous presence. For You have breached the separation between us. Jesus, You have secured the connection, making it impossible to ever fall again because my bonds of faith are rooted in Your indescribable love. Let me bask in the ether of such magnificent grace. Let my very essence be forever entwined with Your Holy Spirit. As my mind surveys the experiences of this life which have shown me Your perfect love, my heart cannot help but be drawn to abide in You. Unto the staff of agape I cling with my little faith as I continue the journey beneath death’s shadow until the day that eternal light casts every shadow into oblivion. Under the beautiful Word of Isaiah 9:2 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I pray.
