Lord of grace, how bountiful is Your daily provision. Your truth is the nourishment my soul feasts upon. Let me draw near to You, God, with a clear conscious under the shadow of the cross and its beauty. Take me into holy fellowship with You where the depths of Your heart forever alter me and the tenderness of Your mercy forever shapes me. I delight at the wakefulness of Your Spirit within me. Without You, Lord Jesus, I would be sleeping in my sins. Without You, I would be slumbering in unbelief. What measure would amount to Your desire; for You delighted to save me. Make me find refuge within the boundaries of gratitude that roots me to the vine. May I never forget all You have done, God. May I never be lulled into drowsiness of faith by the distractions of this world. I cling to You, Jesus, in wakeful adoration. Hold me close by the power of Your mighty love. Under the Word of truth in Hebrews 4:16 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I pray.
