My Lord and Savior, I fall at Your feet imploring You for the strength that is lacking in me. Grant me a prevailing faith which makes much of You. For nothing is impossible with my God. Even when I am pressed down and nearly crushed, Your mighty hand is strong enough to lift the burdens so that I am not destroyed. When I have wandered from the safety of the fold and find myself alone, Your light shines like a beacon of truth, reminding me that I am not forsaken. Though there is nothing good in me, You have indwelled me with Your goodness. My Lord, drive away the demons that nip at the edges of my heart, clamoring for attention. Let my worship of You anchor me to the sweet, holy place. Let my adoration of the King of Kings ignite the flame of faith. Let my praise shine like a glimmer of Your glory. Lord, I fall at Your feet, rejoicing to receive the beautiful strength of divine love. Under the Word in Psalm 62:5-7 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
Let all that I am wait quietly before God,
for my hope is in Him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will not be shaken.
My victory and honor come from God alone.
He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me.
Psalm 62:5-7, NLT
