My precious Savior, manifest Yourself to me in innumerable ways so that my faith is rooted in love. When my heavy heart is burdened with sorrow, it is Your presence that invites me to lighten the load. When my thoughts are swarming with confusion, the truth of Your Word is the only thing that brings clarity. Remind me who I am in Christ, Lord. Ignite my compassion for others with Your Holy Spirit’s empowerment. Show me how to walk in the footsteps You left for me to follow. I am a wanderer at heart, Lord Jesus; and I need to cling to Your shepherd’s staff in order to remain on the path of my true destiny. I delight to be Your sojourner who leaves a foot path which leads others to follow You. Keep me on track, Lord, until the gate to eternity is finally reached. Under the Word of truth in John 10:14-16 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I bow in humble prayer.

“I am the good shepherd; I know My own sheep,
and they know Me,  just as my Father knows Me and I know the Father.
