Lord, let my worship be as extravagant as Your love. Let my praise be as all-consuming as Your passion. You have unraveled the knot of discrepancy within my soul in order to make me right again. Jesus, You have called out the truth and enabled my sleeping heart to waken. In the sweetness of adoration I show You my gratitude in prayer. On my knees I bow before You because You are worthy. There is no other who can defend my wayward heart. There is no other who can lead me on the hidden path that leads to eternity. Truly, the road is narrow and the way is hard, but You are my shepherd who will not abandon me. As I take each step, let my feet reverberate with faithful devotion. Let my progress leave markers that point others to You. You have called me to follow. By Your Spirit, keep me from straying, Lord, so that I do not lose Your way. Under the Word of God given in Matthew 7:13-14 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
