God, Your way is so much better than mine. Rid me of the tendency to resist You. Let me come before You in humble adoration so that I can learn to live a life of worshipful praise. Slay the pride that infests my soul, Lord Jesus. Remove the infection of sin that corrupts the life You have placed inside of Your servant. The eyes of my heart delight to look upon You. The feet of my spirit are eager to walk in Your direction. Take all of me to be a part of Your Kingdom plan. Let me not turn away from the ordinary in my quest for the extraordinary. For whatever You touch, whatever You deem necessary for me, is extraordinary in its holiness. Set me apart to be a reflection of You, Jesus. Empower me by the indwelling of Your Holy Spirit until I fade away so that Your perfect life can be exemplified in me. Under the Word given in Colossians 1:27 and the authority of Christ, I humbly pray.
