Father in heaven, look with favor upon Your servant for I am seeking You with the depths of my heart and soul. Do not let my love for You be lukewarm or performance based. Rid me of a Pharisaical attitude toward faith. Raise up in me a deep desire for holiness which will cause me to live my life for Your pleasure alone. I can earn nothing of my own accord. My heart delights in all that You have given me. Create in me a godliness to rival even the work You accomplished in Your disciples so that I could be the person You designed me to be in all of the designated roles I play in life. In my own family, use me to shine Kingdom glory into the lives of those I love. In my vocation, use me to quietly witness of Your love in such a way that those I work with are drawn to salvation in Christ Jesus. Bring me the miracle of a healthy spirit which is unified with Christ in power and truth so that I can be a witness in whatever arena You place me. Let it be well with my soul. Under the truth of John 5:30 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I set these prayers at Your feet, O God.
