Truly Lord, You alone can make all things new. You have transformed my inner darkness into outer light that reflects the glory of heaven better each day that I walk in Your footsteps. Lead me, Lord Jesus, toward the place where You have destined me to be. Though I am an incomplete vessel of Your majesty and an inadequate reflection of Your image, keep making me. Let me find completion in You, my Savior. Enable me with the adequacy that only comes from Your Spirit dwelling within me. Father God, grow my faith in ways that change my life and each life that I touch for Your glory. The days that stretch before me are new and unknown, but You have traversed this path before. Show me the way because You are the Way, Jesus. Reveal the lies I have agreed to and break them as I make new resolutions of truth because You are the Truth, Jesus. Make my life matter to the Kingdom because You are the Life. This day I lay down the old upon the altar of prayer and ask You to bring in the new no matter what that encompasses. In trust I will follow You Lord because that is where my heart is. Under the mighty Word You have given in Revelation 21:5 and the authority of Christ I bow in deep, surrendered prayer.
