My God, my God, apprehend me – all of me, for Your purpose! My heart door has been thrown wide open in response to the relentless knocking of Your divine hand. My soul bows to You, Jesus, with passionate devotion. The essence of my being has been stirred by the glimpse of heaven’s majesty. My longings have been satisfied at last with Your seal of the approving Spirit of God. Even the fullness of my gratitude cannot out-measure the gift of Your grace. Until I am in Your presence I can never rest content. Lead me to that space in prayer where it is only You and I. Let me bring to You everything You have given me. Let me be what You have designed me to be. Precious to me are the sum of Your thoughts, my Lord. Move my heart into Kingdom posture until my hands and feet align with Your will. Dearest Lord, quicken my ear to listen with the heart of a true disciple so that I might hear the thrilling undertones of Your still, small voice even when the world around me quakes beneath the mighty winds of complacency and entitlement. Under the Word given in Psalm 139:16-18 and the authority of Christ Jesus I bow in prayer.

Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
    the days that were formed for me,
    when as yet there was none of them.
How precious to me are Your thoughts, O God!
    How vast is the sum of them!
If I would count them, they are more than the sand.
