I will praise You, my LORD, because of Your divine love. I will devote myself to Your teaching because You are good and do good. Though my mortal blood is tainted with sin, Jesus has cleansed me with His eternally pure blood. The enemy must turn back because victory belongs to the LORD, my God. In my iniquity my faith was weakened. But Your Word, LORD, brought me such strength. I thank You for Your mercy because Your judgment is right. Pierce the darkness of my soul with Your righteous light. Do not forsake me in my weakness. In Your grace, increase my faith for I know Your Name and I trust in You, my King. O LORD, let me not fall asleep even when I am weary from battle. See how the enemy pursues me. This ruthless enemy persecutes my heart. Declare war on my behalf that You may keep my heart protected in the shelter of Your divine love. My own iniquity sickens me, O LORD. But in You, I am regenerated with beauty. For You are known by Your justice. Your Name is known as holy. Let my lips declare Your praises and my soul rejoice in my Savior. For You have freed me from the net of the enemy. You have sustained me with Your love. Look upon Your devoted servant and draw me into Your presence. For You, O LORD, reign forever. You have uprooted the enemy. You have claimed the victory for my soul. My heart is Your treasure. Under the Word of truth in Psalm 25:7 and the authority of Christ I pray.

Do not remember the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways;
