My heart is filled to overflowing with praises for my King. O LORD, sanctify my lips that they would speak of Your wondrous deeds, the glorious works of Your hands. Apart from You, I know no joy. I am absent of gladness apart from You. But abiding in Your love brings me the peace that my soul longs for. When I am assaulted by the battles of this life; when my selfishness strangles my spirit; when the enemy suffocates me with despair; it is then that I run to Your open arms for refuge. It is then that I realize how desperately I need You. You are my healing God. You are my warrior King. You are my Savior and Keeper of my heart. O LORD, may You reign forever on the throne of my heart so that I would not be overtaken by endless ruin. Your mighty hand upholds me when the ground beneath my feet is crumbling away. I cling to Your righteousness Jesus and hold on to Your Word. Let me not fall to the judgment that I deserve, but let me be caught in the grace that You give me. Jesus I know Your Name, therefore I will ever trust in You. I will seek You all the days of my life for You have not forsaken me. Your mercy has opened my eyes to the unfathomable richness of Your love. Let my mouth overflow with praise for the LORD. Let my mind overflow with thoughts pleasing to the King. For my heart is filled to overflowing with love for my LORD. Under the mighty Word of God in Psalm 146:1-3 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, my soul. I will praise the Lord all my life;
