My Lord, blessed be Your Holy Name. May my unworthiness not hinder me from seeking Your love. The incorruptible nature of Your affection draws me near. Your presence is a holy glimpse of heaven that delights my inner being. How I thank You for Your preservation. I thank You for Your replenishing solitude in prayer. Open my eyes to marvel at Your blessings and the manifestations of Your love within each moment. Too often I take a breath for granted, Lord – a breath ordained by You for me in this world. Grant me new appreciation for all that I have, especially when I am inclined to focus on what I lack. My iniquities have been nailed to the cross, my old ways buried and my sin covered by Your blood. In the power of repentance my heart is turned inside out until all unsavory contents fall away. Lord, I thank You for the new heart You have fashioned for me. Let me continually seek You with a wholeness responsive to Your relentless pursuit. For Your great and precious promises are worthy of belief. Your love is my strength from above which enables me to walk in the Spirit. I rejoice to meet with You in the romantic meditations of Your heart toward those You love. How great is Your faithfulness my God. How unsearchable Your ways with those You adore. Under the Word given in Romans 11:33 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
