Shield me from unseen dangers, Lord Jesus. Let me find rest within the refuge of Your perfect love. Only You can advocate for me. Only You have the power to intercede on my behalf. The faith You have granted me is my shield. Let me continually praise You because victory is assured. Thank You for Your personal touch and intimate compassion. There is no insignificant concern lodged in my heart that Your skilled fingertips cannot remove. You delight to do so. Let me rejoice to receive such divine attention. Bring me, Lord, to the hilltop where my gaze is lifted heavenward. By Your wounds I have been healed. May I never forget the display of Your love which gives me peace. Before the eternal throne, I will praise You my Lord. Before the heavenly gates, I worship You. May I never become mired in the sin of my past because You have renewed me so that I could find rest in Your intercession. Jesus, I thank You for pleading my cause, for preparing a place for me. I delight to be called Yours, utterly, completely, wholeheartedly Yours. Under the Word of God in Psalm 3:2-3 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I bow in abiding prayer.
