Lord, may the faith You have granted me be the strongest conduit between my soul and heaven. May my most earnest prayers fetch Your blessings. Forgive me for my natural tendency to withdraw in times of distress. Your messages of love are so prevalent within the fabric of Your Word. Before I even call upon You for help, You have already sent the answer. Lord, let faith be the echo of my heart, receiving the resounding truth set down before time began. Your promises are strong enough to lean on in times of trouble. Your strength is the shoreline that laps up the waves of my weakness. Increase my faith, Lord. Take it to the next level. Smooth out the uneven path until faith illuminates the footsteps that You took, Jesus. When the enemy trips me up, only You can pull me out of the pit. Let faith be the tether that binds me with divinity. Clothe me in Your power, God. The faith You have given me is my only defense to defy the hosts of hell. As the waves wash over me, keep me upright, buoyed by faith, secure in the steadiness of my love for You. When I ask, let it be because I believe You have heard. When I wait, let it be because I trust. When I receive, let it be because it will glorify You. Under the mighty Word of God set down in Matthew 7:7-8 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
