In my doubt and uncertainty, You are my confidence and assurance, Lord Jesus. Let the power of Your resurrection surge through my weary soul. The promise of forever life is the destination of faith’s journey. I set my hope on nothing less than Jesus, my Savior and righteousness. When the path of life takes a turn onto the road of suffering, reconcile me to humble teachability so that its lessons are not in vain. Your imparted nature is eternal which means that whatever this soul of mine must endure is temporally as brief as the blink of an eye even when it feels as long as a suffocating breath. Help me remain obedient and trusting when hurt convinces me to blame. Enable me to move forward one step at a time until the mountain is traversed. My faith may be small, but in You it has the power to move mountains. All my love and praise belong to You as I climb upward regardless of the limp. Wave Your banner of love over me, Lord. Blow the cleansing breeze of Your Spirit through me. Come to me in Your fullness and make my broken heart whole again. Every piece, though scattered across the landscape of my life, bears Your mark, Lord. Fit them all together as an expert who knows the true image of my soul puzzle. Your tender fingertips know the edges of my being that fit perfectly with Your plan. Snap into place the pieces, Lord, as only Your hand can do. Make Your servant the reflection of Your divine nature that I was supposed to be. Under the blessed reminder of Deuteronomy 2:7 and the authority of Christ, I come to the altar in prayer.

For the Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He knows your going through this great wilderness.
