Lord God Almighty, great and holy is Your Name. You are truth. You are light. You are everything a soul truly needs. Lift the fog of deception that casts a chill on my inner being. Let Your servant continually serve You with love that overflows from a life lived in adoration of You. Shape me to better reflect Christ through whatever means necessary because You are my Maker. I desire only to be Your vessel. Create in me a willingness to be poured out for the sake of the Kingdom of Glory. Remove the trepidation in my heart caused by fear of the unknown so that I will go where You send me. Take me to new levels of intimacy with You as I experience unfamiliar territory which lies just outside my comfort zone. Equip me with everything that I need by inclining my heart toward obedience to Your commands until Your will is accomplished in my life. You have vindicated me. You have chosen me. You have called me Your own. Therefore, I live in and through Christ Jesus as the new creature designed by His love and protected in the blood. Under the truth of 1 John 2:26-27 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

 I’ve written to warn you about those who are trying to deceive you. But they’re no match for what is embedded deeply within you—Christ’s anointing, no less! You don’t need any of their so-called teaching. Christ’s anointing teaches you the truth on everything you need to know about yourself and him, uncontaminated by a single lie. Live deeply in what you were taught.
