Creator of all things, Maker of heaven and earth, my heart rejoices that I belong to You. There is nothing that exists that did not come from the touch of Your hands. Even time itself is Your creation. The foundations of existence were put in place according to Your plan and design. Anything built on something less will not last when time becomes extinct. Bring Your servant to the pinnacle of creation atop a mountain of truth rising up out of Your Word. Steady my steps as I traverse the valley filled with the rattling bones of human emotion. As You bring those emotions to life within me, Lord, let them remain appropriate in glorifying You. I long to live in the depths of responsive love between me and my Savior. I delight to enter into territories unknown if I know that Your heart will be revealed to me intimately. There is nothing worth knowing except You, Lord God. You who purifies the unholy and makes clean the defiled. You who sets a horizon of eternal light on a path that was once going nowhere. You who redeems the lost and pursues with relentless passion. There is none like You, Jesus. In many things religious I have remained closed. Let me open up fully to a relationship with You because You are trustworthy and perfect. Reveal to me when I am holding back, Lord. Faith thrives within me because through it You have made me see. Under the mighty power of Your Word in Psalm 73:74-76 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

You guide me with Your counsel,
    and afterward You will receive me to glory.
