Lord, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in the celestial folds of Your heart. Encapsulate me with this truth that unburdens a weary soul. You are good and there is none besides You. Let my own soul agonize for eternal connection that never breaks. Give my heart the sight of faith that searches for heavenly light which never dims. Your Word is my encouragement when sorrow plagues every journey. Knit the loose ends of life’s troubling circumstances with bonds of love that grant me confidence that Your fingers sift through the events and choices to make good of it all. I no longer want to pay heed to well-crafted arguments designed to pull me away from You. My delight rests in knowing that You have my heart and keep it completely safe. Shallow roots grow deep when enticed by the living water coursing through my soul. Overflow my heart with divine gratitude, Father. You have done so much and continue to do amazing things in my life. Freedom from the empty philosophies and ambitious nonsense of the world is true freedom. I invite You, Holy Spirit, to take me as I am and enable me to live in fullness to Christ by transforming me into something new. Under the blessed truth set down in 2 Corinthians 5:17 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
