Father, make me more aware of the divine instruction that is an emblem of assurance for my life. Your eternal handiwork leaves fingerprints on all things You touch. Cast Your promises, even in shadow form, into my heart. You are my supreme hero. You are the great I AM. Though Satan counterfeits Your heavenly plans and produces swarming opponents, Your greatness swallows up my foes so that I need not fear. Lord, take complete possession of my heart. Hold it tenderly in Your hands when the enemy encroaches nearer, breathing out threats and lies. Keep me focused on the celestial attractions of eternity and the unmatched beauty of the cross. Remind me to live for more than this world offers because You procured for us so much more than we can think or imagine when You came in the flesh and granted us inheritance in Christ. Grace wins the day. Love has the final word. Let these truths be observable in my life and in my speech. Worldly trials, temptations, and shards of unbelief will not stand in the face of Your relentless pursuit. Your love is carried on the wings of grace. Jesus, You are more than a match for any foes coming at me. In You, victory is assured. Under the promise of the Word in 2 Chronicles 20:17 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I patiently bow in prayer.

You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.
