Precious Prince of Peace, cover Your beloved with the holy robe of Your righteousness so that my heart can find rest in a peace beyond all understanding. The peace You give is not like the temporary peace of the world. Root Your beloved in the settled assurance that You are making all things new. Make clear the path before me as You grant me endurance and patience to walk in devotion to You and no other. My tendency is to have a divided heart. Forgive my ineptitude Lord. Truly, You are enough Jesus. May Your blessings relieve the pressure of stress. May Your presence remove the power of the enemy’s lies over me. Remind me who I truly am in the face of every trial so that Your refining process draws out the true beauty of my soul in Christ.
