I cry out to You, my mighty healer. Listen to the deeply rooted pleas that come from the heart. Truly, the power from heaven is matchless when it falls upon Your servant in desperate times of need. Usher in the divine shield of protection from pain. Only Your Spirit’s power can enable me to complete the assignments You have destined specifically for me. Only Your presence turns me in the proper direction. Grant me the privilege of grabbing hold of my inheritance in Christ so that I can utilize the equipment necessary for ordinary work to be accomplished in extraordinary Kingdom power. Let me never take for granted, nor become numb, to the sacrifice You made for me on the cross. Keep making me, Lord. Keep holding me close. Keep shaping me. Keep using me for Kingdom glory. May I rejoice that I am kept by You, Jesus. There is no other God besides the one true God and no other King to whom I will give allegiance. Under the blessed promise of 2 Corinthians 9:8-9 and the authority of the blood of Jesus, I offer these prayers as my breathing sacrifice.

God can pour on the blessings in astonishing ways so that you’re ready for anything and everything, more than just ready to do what needs to be done. As one psalmist puts it,
He throws caution to the winds,
    giving to the needy in reckless abandon.
His right-living, right-giving ways
    never run out, never wear out.
