The beauty of the heavens reveal Your glory, God. The stars remind me that light shines in the darkness. Proclaim Your handiwork through divine calling. Tune my ears to listen for Your guidance. Equip my heart to heed Your counsel. Day to day, I pour my heart out to You in prayer. At night, Your Spirit instructs me. Keep me teachable, Lord. There is no divine speech full of wisdom that is not near, nor praise-worthy song that falls on deaf ears. Let my words be true along with my heart of worship. Sanctify my verbal affirmations and unintentional mutterings as I remind myself that my words, like my breath, belong to You. Lord, revive my soul in beauty. Touch my spirit with eternity. You have brought a sunrise to my spirit that once languished in darkness. Your resurrection ushered in the glorious light of salvation that woke up my sleepy soul. Nothing in me is hidden from You, Lord. With complete trust, I open myself to the revelation You delight in. Enlighten my eyes with awe that recognizes the purity and power of Your Word. Meet me within my heart meditation, Lord. And make my words always ones of praise. Under the canopy of Your Word in Psalm 19:14 and the authority of my Savior, Christ Jesus, I bow in prayer.
